Swasti Saraogi

Born and raised in India, Swasti is a commerce graduate from the University of Delhi and a qualified Chartered Accountant. She is excited to get back to academia after her stint with the Corporate Tax and Regulatory practice at Ernst & Young. Besides her professional work, Swasti is an active member of Robin Hood Army, a voluntary organisation which works towards hunger alleviation (through food waste management) and education of underprivileged children.

With a little over one tenth of the world population sleeping hungry every night, she feels there is a lot to do to achieve the dream of ‘zero hunger’, and looks forward to work in Africa and Latin America, besides her home country.

At Cambridge, she hopes to gain the experience and knowledge necessary to shape developmental policies, especially in the realm of skill development and unemployment.

In her spare time, Swasti loves travelling, exploring new cities and food. Swasti cannot wait to meet the MPP cohort.
