Lily is looking forward to joining the MPP after 3 exciting years working in the UK Parliament providing policy advice to the Opposition frontbench. This involved work on a variety of policy and legislative areas, including successfully passing amendments to the Policing and Crime Act.

She holds a BSc in Philosophy, Psychology and Economics from Durham University, and was recently funded to carry out original research in to hate crime policy alongside her role in Parliament.

Lily is originally from Manchester but has spent time working in Kenya as an International Citizen Service participant and most recently spent two months travelling and studying in Central America.
