Lindsay Turner Trammell

While Lindsay grew up in West Sussex, England, she has lived in the southern United States since she was a teenager. After graduating from The University of Alabama with a degree in Theatre, Music, and Sustainable Food Systems, Lindsay became the founding Executive Director of a start-up NGO that uses gardens to improve health and education outcomes in children. Under her leadership, the organization grew by 2,000%, producing measurable outcomes in more than 4,000 students. Prior to that, Lindsay managed a thriving farmers market in Alabama and conducted food systems research in rural India at Navdanya, the organization run by world-renowned environmental activist Vandana Shiva. She loves to sing, dance, and cook, and is thrilled to be returning to her roots in England alongside her husband Bradley and their lovely dog, Wallace.
