Biography

Originally from Moscow, Russia, Artem is joining the MPP course after a year serving as a Monitoring and Evaluation Associate to UNFPA Turkmenistan country office. Prior to that role, Artem worked as a Business Analyst at Deloitte CIS Sustainability Services Group.

Artem holds an MSc in Global Governance and Diplomacy with distinction from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor’s degree with honours in International Relations from Lomonosov Moscow State University, where he specialised in Global Economic Governance. Between the degrees, Artem spent a year at Peking University, China, mastering the Chinese language. Additionally, while Artem’s mother tongue is Russian, he is also fluent in Serbian.
