Biography

I am an aviation business and operations professional from Singapore. My past work involves engaging with stakeholders and regulatory authorities to innovate and bring about efficient operational processes and top-notch customer experience. I also have demonstrated experience in business modelling, corporate strategic planning, and stakeholder relationship management. Through the Cambridge Public Policy programme, I hope to hone my skills in macro-level problem-solving and solution design so that I may perform more impactful work in the future.

I completed my undergraduate studies at the National University of Singapore where I obtained a Bachelor of Social Sciences (First Class Honours) in Political Science. I am fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, and train recreationally for triathlons and powerlifting in my free time.

Research

I am intrigued by the increasing intersection between the State and private businesses and how “governments in business” can help shape the developmental trajectory of economies. Other interest areas include urban policies that affect citizens’ day-to-day lives, such as in aspects of transport, housing, and healthcare policies.
