Since completing her undergraduate degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Jacobs University in Bremen, Germany, Noma has improved business processes through process redesign and automation. She is an experienced management consultant and project manager that has helped firms across Germany and Austria use technology implementations to transform their businesses.

She has volunteered to mentor young Zimbabwean women in STEM throughout her career and advised young high school entrepreneurs to operationalize their start-ups in Zimbabwe. Noma is Beit Cambridge Scholar interested in digital transformation work beyond the private sector, focusing on digital transformation strategies on a national and regional policy level. Additionally, she has a keen interest in promoting STEM education and using opportunities that technology brings to create jobs and alleviate poverty in her home country of Zimbabwe.
