Rogie Ann Vasquez is an economic policy researcher and university lecturer from Manila, Philippines.

She serves as Bank Officer at the Office of Systemic Risk Management of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (Central Bank of the Philippines) where her work primarily focuses on financial stability policy research, data analytics, and economic modelling. Rogie is also an economics lecturer at De La Salle University, Manila where she teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in microeconomics and mathematical economics.

Rogie is currently reading for an MPhil in Public Policy at the University of Cambridge, with full funding through the joint Rowan Williams Cambridge Trust Scholarship and Trinity Hall Studentship.

She pursued her undergraduate studies at De La Salle University as a Star Scholar and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a double degree in BSc Applied Economics and BSc Management of Financial Institutions. She also holds an MSc in Economics from the same university.

Following her time in Cambridge, Rogie seeks to return to public service and central banking and contribute in creating inclusive economic policies towards the vision of a more developed and equitable Philippines.
