Biography:
Andrés is a PhD candidate in the Department of Politics and International Studies at the University of Cambridge. His dissertation explores the normative transformation of economic and social rights in the Americas from a pragmatist and practice theory-oriented lens. Andrés is a Gates Cambridge Scholar.
Andrés holds an MPhil in Politics and International Studies from Cambridge and a B.A. in Public Policy from CIDE (Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas) in Mexico, where he is originally from.
