Undergraduate Feedback and Complaints

Undergraduate Feedback and Complaints

Student feedback is very important to the Department. At the end of Lent term of each year, we circulate a questionnaire to all POLIS students to ask for their views on the courses they have taken, their supervisors, and their general experience of the degree programme.

The Department's response to the feedback received from undergraduate students in 2020 can be viewed here

If you remain dissatisfied, a complaint can be raised with the central University. The Responsible Officer for POLIS is Prof James Mayall. Complaints need to be raised in a timely way and within 28 days to ensure an effective remedy can be put in place. Find further information here.

The University takes all instances of harassment and sexual misconduct extremely seriously.
