Connor O’Brien is a PhD Candidate in the Department of Politics and International Studies at the University of Cambridge. His dissertation explores the conceptual history of good governance and its relationship to the broader struggle between humanitarian, human rights, and development practitioners over the foundations of global political authority. Connor is also the Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Cambridge Review of International Affairs.
